Every machine has its own cooling requirement. We design based on your machine manufacturer’s actual heat-load data, not guesswork.
Most clients come to us at one of these three moments. Recognise yours?
New machines/process can increase heat load significantly and you existing process cooling system might not able to keep up
A high-value machine only performs and lasts when it’s cooled exactly to spec.
Ageing equipment that keeps breaking down or struggles to hold temperature puts your production at risk.
Poor cooling system cuts your yield, slows production, and wastes money.

We size from your machine manufacturer's heat-load data not a rule of thumb. Give us the numbers and we design cooling that matches your machine's real requirement.

When the cooling matches the load, your machines hold temperature and keep running through the hottest part of the day.

An undersized system lets machines drift out of temperature and that's where output slows, yield drops, and product quality suffers.

We choose the method, size the capacity, design the system, then install and commission it ourselves.

Hot water up to 60–70°C, using heat-resistant infill where standard cooling towers would fail. Process chilling down to −5°C using glycol-based chiller systems, engineered for the correct duty. Most contractors can't do these we do.
Whatever your process needs —we design it around your machine/process needs!

Cooling built around your process including the difficult jobs.
The right choice depends on your process, space, and water access. Here’s an honest side-by-side — and we’ll tell you which fits, even if it’s the simpler option.
Not sure which fits? That’s what our free assessment answers — we size to *your* load, water access and space, and recommend honestly.
We cool the specific process not just the factory.
Mould and hydraulic-oil cooling → consistent cycle times, reject-free parts.
Chilled water for mixing, processing and storage → consistent, hygienic process temperatures.
Not listed? If your machine rejects heat, we can cool it tell us the load and we’ll size it.
How We Size and Build Your Cooling — Done Right
From your machine data to a running system — designed, built, and proven.
Cooling towers, air-cooled chiller systems, glycol systems, chilled-water integration.
Founded in 1986, Systems R&A (M) Sdn Bhd has spent nearly four decades delivering heating , ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC) systems to industrial and commercial clients across Malaysia — from design and supply through to installation.

Let our engineer to help you with the right selection of cooling system that suits you from the start!
Your machine’s heat load (in RT or BTU/hr), the required water inlet/outlet temperature, and the flow rate. With those, we can size the system properly.
It’s the first thing to sort out — correct sizing isn’t possible without it, and guessing risks an under- or over-sized system. You can usually get these figures from your machine’s manufacturer or its spec sheet. Once you have them, we’ll size the system properly.
Yes. A standard cooling tower’s infill can deform at these temperatures, so we use heat-resistant infill engineered for the correct duty and spec the tower for your actual 60–70°C conditions.
Yes — down to around −5°C using glycol-based chiller systems, engineered for the correct duty. Sub-zero work is specialised, so the chiller is specified specifically for the application.
Yes. A complete system includes the chiller, cooling tower, condenser and chilled-water pumps, a buffer/mixing tank to manage return-water temperature, pipework, and supply/return temperature control. We size the whole loop and confirm final spec with the equipment manufacturer. We can also tap an existing water-cooled plant to feed chilled water to your machines.
We build in margin for Johor’s hot, humid conditions, so the system still performs on the worst days rather than only on paper.
We provide scheduled preventive maintenance for systems we design and install, to keep them running as intended.
